Monthly Memberships
Cancel anytime — your membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate monthly refunds.
Annual Memberships
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new annual subscriptions. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable but your membership remains active until the end of your billed year.
Event Tickets
Paid event tickets may be refunded up to 7 days before the event start time. Within 7 days, tickets are transferable but not refundable.
Failed Renewals
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry over 14 days and email you. After that period, your account reverts to the Observer (free) tier.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@un-networking-group.org from the email associated with your account. Include your order ID and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
